1. Steps to follow when ordering from our website.

To order, do the following:

New customer

  1. Please specify whether your order is pickup or delivery by clicking on the corresponding icon.
    • For pickup orders, enter your postal code. A list of all Benny&Co. will appear on your right. The first Benny&Co. on the list is the one closest to your location. Click on the SELECT button for the Benny&Co. of your choice.
    • For delivery orders, enter your postal code, your street address and apartment number if applicable. Your street name should appear, otherwise, select your street from the dropdown list. Click on VALIDATE. These details allow us to send your order to a Benny&Co. nearest you.
  2. Please select pickup or delivery time.
    • Specific time
    • As soon as possible
  3. Please click on GO TO MENU; you will automatically be led to the order menu.
  4. Browse the menu by clicking categories on the left side of the page.
  5. Choose items on the page by clicking on the ORDER button at the bottom of images and a window of the item will open automatically.
  6. Please select your choice of accompaniment and beverage.
  7. Specify desired quantity by typing number in appropriate field.
  8. Click on ADD TO SHOPPING CART and the selected items will be added to your order.
  9. Once your order is complete, click on VALIDATE MY ORDER at top right of the page. You will be led to a summary page.
  10. Should you need utensils, please click on the ADD button when prompted. Please review the contents of your order, then click on PAY NOW, the billing page will open automatically.
  11. Please complete required fields in the BILLING ADDRESS column, then select your method of payment in the second column. Lastly, go to the third column to review your order, add comments if necessary and click on ORDER to submit your order. You will automatically be led to the confirmation page.
  12. Note your confirmation number, or print the page.

Existing customer

  1. Please click on CONNECT and enter your email address and password in appropriate field.
  2. Click on CONNECT button, your name will appear top left of the page.
  3. Specify whether your order is pickup or delivery by clicking on corresponding icon.
    • For pickup orders, enter your postal code. A list of all Benny&Co. will appear on your right. The first Benny&Co. on the list is the one closest to your location. Click on the SELECT button for the Benny&Co. of your choice.
    • For delivery orders, enter your postal code, your street address and apartment number if applicable. Your street name should appear, otherwise, select your street from the dropdown list. Click on VALIDATE. These details allow us to send your order to a Benny&Co. nearest you.
  4. Please select pickup or delivery time.
    • Specific time
    • As soon as possible
  5. Please click on GO TO MENU;you will automatically be led to the order menu.

    You have two options:

    1. Option 1:
      • To access your dashboard and view recent activity or update account information, click on your name, now in red, top left of the page.
      • Through the dashboard, you may also submit a previous order without having to go through the menu. Simply click on ORDER.
      • You will be led to a summary page.
      • Should you need utensils, please click on the ADD button when prompted. Please review the contents of your order, then click on PAY NOW, the billing page will open automatically.
      • Please complete required fields in the BILLING ADDRESS column, then select your method of payment in the second column. Lastly, go to the third column to review your order, add comments if necessary and click on ORDER to submit your order. You will automatically be led to the confirmation page.
      • Note your confirmation number, or print the page.
    2. Option 2:
      • Browse the menu by clicking categories on the left side of the page.

      • As you are connected to your account, you don’t need to fill in the BILLING ADDRESS column. Select your method of payment in the second column. Lastly, go to the third column to review your order, add comments if necessary and click on ORDER to submit your order. You will automatically be led to the confirmation page.
      • Note your confirmation number, or print the page.
  6. From the dashboard, you can view recent activity and update account information. The dashboard also shows the status of your order.

There are no user fees for Benny&Co. online ordering service.

4. I don’t know my postal code.

Visit Canada Post’s website to find your postal code by conducting a search by address. Then return to our website to place your order. A postal code is essential in our processing your online order, if you cannot find yours, we will gladly take your order by phone.   6. To access your dashboard in order to change your email or password, click on your name, now in red, top left of the page.
  7. In the Information section, click on Edit. Complete required fields and then click on SAVE.

7. I forgot my password.

  1. Please click on CONNECT and enter your email address and password in appropriate field.
  2. Please click on Forgot my password.
  3. Enter your email and click SEND.
  4. An email with your password will be sent to you.

8. I want to review my order and make sure it will be delivered.

Following payment of your order, a confirmation page will appear. You can print or note the confirmation number for the order you have just placed. You can also view the status of your order the following way:

  1. Please click on CONNECT and enter your email address and password in appropriate field.
  2. Click on CONNECT button, your name will appear top left of the page.
  3. Specify whether your order is pickup or delivery by clicking on corresponding icon.

  6. To access your dashboard and view the status of your order, click on your name, now in red, top left of the page.
  7. You will see the status in the Order section, as well as relevant details.

9. I want to change or cancel my order but already have a confirmation number.

If your order has been confirmed, you may cancel it by calling the Benny&Co serving you. Please have in hand your confirmation number as well as your telephone number. If however, you have yet to confirm your order, you may exit the website at any moment.
