Waitress job
Under the supervision of the manager and / or the assistant manager and / or team leader, the waiter serves and meets the needs of customers. A cheerful demeanour, speed and professionalism are important criteria for this position.
Waitress main responsibilities
- Provide a courteous welcoming to customers
- Takes customers' order in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintains their workspace and the dining room space as well
- Communicates feedback and customer suggestions to their manager
- Prepares desserts and beverages
- Ensures the quality, freshness and rotation of food
- Suggest complementary products to customers and informs them of current promotions
- Meets Benny & Co. service standards
- Ensures customers are treated to the full Benny & Co. experience
Required qualifications
Experience
Experience in customer service and / or the restaurant industry
Professional and technical knowledge
Understanding and / or facility with computers
