\nwishes to clarify the transaction involving six R\u00f4tisseries Benny in Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie and Foodtastic.<\/p>\n

“Benny & Co. was informed of the transaction this morning. This announcement is the result of a
\ndecision by the former owners of six R\u00f4tisseries Benny in Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie. Our company, Benny & Co.,
\nwhich is 100% owned and operated by members of the Benny family, will continue its
\nexpansion strategy in Quebec and Ontario. There are plans to open eight to 10 new Benny & Co.
\nrestaurants every year. As the leading family-run rotisserie in Quebec, we rely on a solid
\nsuccession from a third generation of family members,” said Jean Benny, president and CEO of
\nBenny & Co.<\/p>\n

Benny & Co. will not comment further on the matter of the transaction involving the six
\nR\u00f4tisseries Benny in the Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie region.<\/p>\n
