Under the supervision of the Manager and/or Assistant Manager and/or Team Leader, the Cook’s job is to ensure production runs smoothly. They are also responsible for upkeep of the entire kitchen.

Main responsibilities

  • Plans the setup of the cooking stations along with the menu of the day
  • Cleans their work area and equipment
  • Oversees general cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Evaluates restocking needs
  • Ensures products and ingredients needed are always available at hand to rapidly respond to customers
  • Always respects and applies Benny&Co.’s operational standards and recipes
