As part of our business operations, we may share some of your personal information with our Benny & Co. Foundation, to franchised restaurants and third parties acting on our behalf, and when permitted or required by law.

We currently store your personal information on our servers in Canada and the United States, but your personal information may be held and used in any country in which our suppliers are located. Mon B&CO. application You can manage your communication, tracking and solicitation preferences on your application. You can also edit or delete your profile information by clicking on “Edit my profile” or “Delete my profile.” Deleting your account means that your profile information will be permanently deleted, including points and progress associated with your account. Even if your account is deleted, Benny&Co. may still hold information about you¾for example if you have placed an order on our website or in a restaurant¾to protect our interests or if the law requires us to keep it for longer. When you enroll in the Mon B&CO. Program and use our application, the technologies described in our Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy cannot be disabled. You must consent to their use to enroll in the Mon B&CO. Program and use the application. We need these tracking technologies to track your consumption and make it possible for you to use the application and the advantages of the Mon B&CO. Program to the fullest. If you do not want your behaviour, preferences and habits analyzed, please use our website instead. |
